In the summers of 2022 and 2023, I signed up as a camp counselor at Island Lake Summer Camp in Pennsylvania. There, I worked as a bunk counselor, where I looked after the children and acted as a role model to them, which more specifically meant living in a bunk with a group and supervising them on trips. I also specialised as a camp photographer, meaning I went around the camp daily, taking photos of the children in their activities for the camp's social media pages and their app that updated parents on how their children were doing, a few of which are shown below.
